A client has to deposit transaction as lowest 50 pounds per person to keep a reservation, In any conditions deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
A ticket is issued only when customers clear all his expenses.

Credit cards and debit cards are permitted for preliminary payments only. Rest of the transaction has to be made immediate into our company’s banking
Account by cheques, immediate exchange of cash. Cheques are prohibited for immediate purchase.
Changes/Amendments Terms & Conditions?
Demand for changes or adjustments should be written and in some situations, client has to pay for changes. Customer has to pay charges and fare difference (if needed) and for time date change request before ticketing. After ticketing it will price 50 pounds plus air travel expenses and it is subject to air travel authorisation.
Booking will be terminated if there is any request name change before ticketing. Termination guidelines will be used for further re-booking. Name changing is Prohibited after ticketing.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions?
Cancellation request has to be written.
If a client cancels the reservation before ticketing, the down payment will be no refundable. Moreover, a cancellations
fee of 50 pounds has to be made.
After ticketing cancellations will price 75 pound plus air travel expenses. For any refund, airline’s refund plan, policy will be Implemented.
Refunds Terms & Conditions
Observe that most of the discounted tickets are either non refundable or partly refundable. It is subject to cancelling, management and support charges.
Usually it take 8 to 10 weeks to finish the refund procedure, as a longer period may be needed if further query is needed.
We will pay the refundable amount as soon as we get the amount from involved air travel or consolidator. There is no interest on refundable amount.
We will refund the cash into a pre-designated banking consideration of compensate into the appropriate cards used for transaction or payment.
Tickets will be handled as expired if they are come back after one year from the date of issue We will not refund those tickets.
